A Womb With a View

Just about settled in to the new studio in Bermondsey, the 4th Floor provides a wonderful view that stretches as far as the transmission tower in Crystal Palace.
If I was a wannabe Lil' Wayne I would no doubt Pop Champagne, instead I shall try to say something a bit profound...

Evelin Kasikov

Every now and again you see a body of work that gives you a slight inferiority complex. Evelin Kasikov's CMYK cross-stitch falls in to that category because she has created a completely unique aesthetic. Her work centers around transforming printing processes into handmade cross-stitch which are two craft disciplines I think merge wonderfully. These images are a fraction of the amount of work she has created, but more can be seen on her website... here.
